DIRECTIONS TO SLEEP
DIAGNOSTICS GROUP, LLC’s
FROM WESTERN LONG ISLAND
Take L.I.E. or Northern
State eastbound so as to
join Sagtikos Parkway
southbound. Proceed south on
Sagtikos Parkway until
turning right onto Southern
State Parkway westbound
looking for exit # 40 “Ocean
Beaches” which will put you
onto Robert Moses Parkway
southbound. Get off Robert
Moses at exit # RM1E which
will have you going east on
Sunrise Highway. You will
leave Sunrise Highway at
exit # 44 going south on
Brentwood Road, which will
take you to Montauk Highway.
Turn right (west) onto
Montauk Highway, also known
as Main street, and
immediately look for red
brick building (#370) on
your left (south side).
FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND
Take L.I.E. westbound to
join Nicholls Road
southbound. Turn right
(West) onto Sunrise highway
to exit #44 where you will
head south on Brentwood
Road. You will take
Brentwood Road to Montauk
Highway, also known as Main
Street, where you will turn
right (West) and immediately
look for red brick building
(#370) on your left (south
side).
AFTER ARRIVING AT SLEEP
CENTER
Park your vehicle near main
entrance. If you find that
the outer door is locked,
please ring sleep lab buzzer
by door. Our technicians can
hear your buzzing and see
you via our security
cameras. They will let you
into the building. In the
event that the outer door is
not locked but the door in
the lobby to our sleep is
center is locked, ring the
buzzer that is also beside
our suite 2 doorway to
attract our technician’s
attention. In the event that
you need to notify the
technicians that you are
lost or late for arriving

Take L.I.E. (I-495) to exit
#62 for Nichols Road north
toward Stony Brook. Upon
reaching Nesconset Highway
(R347) turn left (West) to
first light which will be ˝
mile. You will see “Stony
Brook Medical Park-2500” on
your right. Go to building
#8 which will be on your
left.
Take Northern State
eastbound until joining R454
until reaching the left turn
onto R347, Nesconset
Highway. Look for a traffic
light just east of Stony
Brook road which is where
you will turn into “Stony
Brook Medical Park-2500”. Go
to building #8 which will be
on your left.
Take Southern State to join
Sagtikos Parkway northbound
to exit #SM1E which will
take you onto R454 which
will joint R347, Nesconset
Highway. Look for a traffic
light just east of Stony
Brook road which is where
you will turn into “Stony
Brook Medical Park-2500”. Go
to building #8 which will be
on your left.
FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND
Take L.I.E. (I-495) or
Sunrise Highway (R27)
westbound to join Nicholls
Road northbound toward Stony
Brook. Upon reaching
Nesconset Highway (R347)
turn left (West) to first
light which will be ˝ mile.
You will see “Stony Brook
Medical Park-2500” on your
right. Go to building #8
which will be on your left.
Take R25A westbound to
Nichols Road (R97) and turn
left (south) until reaching
Nesconset Highway (347).
Turn right (west) onto
Nesconset for ˝ mile to the
first traffic light where
you will see “Stony Brook
Medical Park-2500” on your
right. Go to building #8
which will be on your left.
If Nesconset Highway (R347)
is convenient for you,
proceed west until passing
Nichols Road (R97). Continue
on Nesconset Highway for ˝
mile to first traffic light
where you will see “Stony
Brook Medical Park-2500” on
your right. Go to building
#8 which will be on your
left.

BROOK SLEEP CENTER
Park your vehicle near main
entrance. If you find that
the outer door is locked,
please ring sleep lab buzzer
and use intercom by door.
Our technicians can hear
your intercom call and
buzzing as well as see you
via our security cameras.
The technicians will let you
into the building. In the
event that you need to
notify the technicians that
you are lost or late for
arriving please call
